Yaaaay!! On a sunny Good Friday (very early!!) morning in Crawley, Billy took the first official Altitude driving test. And he will always be remembered, because he was also the first official Altitude pass!
Billy did really well, because I've never used Crawley Test Centre before. And although I know Crawley reasonably well as a town, Billy doesn't. So, despite having a few lessons over that way with me, the examiner did comment that it was clear that Billy wasn't a local.
Although he was a little over-cautious with speed on a few occasions, it was still enough for a sound pass.
It's a particularly sweet victory, because his mum Sarah was also a test pass with me about four years ago! So, two of my drivers (not learners any more!) in the same photo just had to be done.
Good Friday was originally meant to be a day off rather than an early start, but I made an exception for Billy's test. So now I'm off to celebrate my nephew's birthday!
